The MTP Program embraces a three month structured, rotational program that provides you with opportunities to work and cross train in various departments within the logistics business.

This program is specially designed for Recent Fresh University Graduates that will be offered a structured career development program. The Selected MTP Employee will be able to rotate through different departments in order to learn about all department operations and broaden the overall knowledge of the industry.

After completing the program, depending on the individual performance, development opportunities and further advancement to managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding performance and capabilities to progress further along the career ladder.
